Idea of a site that contains a game to earn and spent points by performing acts that in the long run should turn into habits.

The concept originates from multiple RPG, D&D, RP shows|games.
In the essence RPG progression implies some sort of level progression that allows to use new abilities.
To acquire a positive habit or lose a negative one, concentrated effort is required.
Holding concentration on multiple items without distraction is demands some sort of tracking|logging. The term journal is adequate.

Related implementations (a bit overcomplicated)

There is a resource called habitica which is a gamefyed mobile application I believe (I never used it).
Personally, I don't want to use a phone application or a system with complex set of features.
I want something simple, almost like a notebook or a journal to keep score each day.

The points economy

You start by creating two lists of actions:

The list of positive actions is made of practices that you want to acquire or maintain. The negative one is for practices that you want to minimize or avoid. Goal of the game is to keep positive balance of AP.

Example table of positive and negative actions

Positive Negative
30min run (+1) one cigarette (-1)
30min book read (+1) buying not approved item (-1)
20min of stretching (+1) 30min of videogames (-1)
etc etc

The process

The appropriate attitude

Despite being called a game, this project is serious and should be treated as such.
The goal is to be a better version of oneself; what can be more serious than that?

One wakes up in the morning with 0 points. No negative actions allowed! One goes into the negative accidentally? One must correct himself right away with positive action. One ends the day in the negative? Game is over. Account is closed. IP is banned.

Recommended actions

Probably as latter addition. It is possible for site site recommend actions to add based on actions created by others.

Timeplan

Second half of june feels doable for usable versions.
Better to aim for the first half and then miss it.
